KVKK Privacy Notice

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), this notice informs you about the processing of personal data you share when contacting us via the FoodEmp information site (partner.dijifis.com and brand-specific partner domains) through the contact form, phone, email or WhatsApp.

• Identity: First and last name
• Contact: Email, phone number
• Professional: Company name (if provided)
• Security: IP address, access logs
• Customer transaction: Message content, request type
• Legal process: Consent records, applications and correspondence

3. Purposes of processing

• Receiving, assessing and responding to your requests
• Information, demos and offers regarding FoodEmp services
• Pre-contract discussions and performance of services
• Compliance with legal retention and documentation duties
• Site security and abuse prevention
• Establishment and protection of legal claims

4. Transfers

Data may be transferred to hosting, email, support/CRM tools and authorities where required by law, in line with KVKK Art. 8–9.

5. Collection method and legal bases

Data is collected via electronic forms, email, phone, WhatsApp and similar channels.

Legal bases (KVKK Art. 5): your explicit consent (form checkbox); contract; legal obligation; data you have made public; legitimate interests where your rights are not harmed.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and statutory periods apply. Contact records are generally deleted or anonymised after the request is closed unless longer retention is required by law.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may request information, correction, deletion, learn of transfers, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

Send requests with identity verification to [email protected] or via the contact form. We respond within 30 days free of charge where possible. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority: www.kvkk.gov.tr

9. Requirement

The KVKK checkbox on the contact form is required to submit the form. Direct contact by phone or email is also processed within this framework.
